RESPONSIBILITIES OF MIND OR MUSCLE:

Mind or Muscle is a web based decision interface offered to contracting organizations on a fee for service basis. To accomplish our purpose, as the web provider, it is our full intention to:

Setup an accurate database of the possible games available on the site of each contacting organization.

Correctly categorize these games into the six types of games defined by Mind or Muscle.

Enable the agreed upon and paid for player licenses to your organization.

Keep accurate records of the play and results of play for individual players.

Provide timely customer service to resolve problems related to the above purposes.

Mind or Muscle is currently in beta testing, and as such all services are offered on an as is basis. There is no guarantee of service reliability. If service disruptions become a problem discounts can be offered on a prorated basis. We accept no liability in any month in excess of the fees for that month.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF CONTRACTING ORGANIZATIONS:

Report problems with service to Mind or Muscle in a timely manner.

Assign a responsible party to be a local administrator in charge or managing local licenses, resolving conflicts among players, deleting non-operative or temporarily dangerous games, ensuring player safety by following the policies of your organization for safety, liability and maintaining order.

PLAYER RESPONSIBILITY:

A players responsibility include fair play, honesty and safety.

Fair play involves following the rules and displaying good sportsmanship.

Honesty is critical--each player must sign in as him or herself and report results accurately.

Safety is the responsibility of all participants.

Each player must sign the appropriate membership forms and liability releases for the contracting organization.

A chance to forfeit is offered after every game decision. Players must forfeit if they suspect they will be endangered by participating in the competition.
